It fully could just be on a paved trail for 60 miles to grab beer in two different towns then home, or to go on a full blown excursion through wild forests and fields. These bags plus your bottles and you will need nothing else. Room for tools, phone, packabe jacket, chage of socks, crumply hat, food items for the day, thats all you need. Get out there and do yourself a favor by getting the whole setup. And the best thing is, when you don't have to pack it all, you have each individual piece for your other shorter rides and even further---Add BIGGER pieces later for full blown bike packing.
